CASH-FREE HOTEL:
• We would like to inform you: From March 1st, 2019, we will be a cash-free hotel.
• It will not be possible to pay in cash in our consumption centers (restaurants and bars).
• Payment methods accepted will be #VirtualCard Riva del Sol or charge to your hotel room only for VIP Nature Private Pool
• Credit accepted: Visa, MasterCard end cash no check.
• We appreciate your understanding!
• *All food & beverage services are subject to a 10% charge in #RoomService in our #APP .
RESERVATION POLICIES:
• 100% deposit is required as a guarantee.
• Rate is based on a double occupancy (02 ADULTS sharing).
• Adults Only (We do not accept kids and teenagers under 16 years old).
• Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will proceed to charge the full cost of the reservation.
• Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the confirmation process.
• No pets, companion or emotional support animals allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Non-cancelable
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
• Our deposit is just Garantie about 200€ in Cash or deposit Credit Card (come Check-in back after check room in Check-out)
PENALTIES:
• Full stay will be charged in case of cancellations.
• The total amount of the stay will be charged in case of no show.
• In case of early departure, the total amount of your stay will be charged and there will not be any refunds.
• In case you make any changes to your reservation after the cancellation period or shorten your stay, we will charge the number of nights originally booked to the credit card you provided.
HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
• Due to hotel housekeeping requirements, regardless of flight times, hotel check-in is at 5:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
• Hotel check-out time is 10.00 am on the day of your departure.
LATE CHECK-OUT / EARLY CHECK-IN:
• Subject to availability and at a fee.
• It must be approved and arranged with front desk personnel.
UNUSED SERVICES:
• No refunds or adjustments will be made to you for portions of your vacation not taken or used.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
• #STAFF Riva del Sol will make every effort to honor special requests (such as first floor or Private Pool, near service, etc.) when you make your reservation. However, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance.
FORCE MAJEURE:
• #STAFF Riva del Sol is not responsible or liable for changes or cancellations made that relate to or arise because of fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport as well as flight delays due to weather or for mechanical reasons, closed or congested airports or ports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond of Riva del Sol control.
PRIVATE TRANSFER SERVICE:
• We offer private service in luxury vehicles from/to the Lamezia Terme #Airport – Be Riva del Sol .
• This service is with an additional cost, and it will be charged to your hotel’s bill directly.
• To arrange the service in advance you need to contact us at least 48 hrs. prior with all flight
information to info@villaggiorivadelsole.com
